GreenGrow Inc. is hiring a Skid Steer Operator for residential backfill, and site work across the Edmonton and greater area.

We are a Sherwood Park excavating, grading, and landscaping contractor. This is a hands-on operator role on residential lots — tight access, foundations, services, and finished yards. If you can run a skid steer properly around a house, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Operate a skid steer on residential sites: backfill, material handling, trench backfill, and site cleanup
- Complete residential backfills to spec — compaction around foundations, services, and structures without damage
- Rough grade lots, driveways, and yards to elevation (a definite asset)
- Load, haul, and place fill, topsoil, gravel, and spoil
- Work around utilities, existing landscaping, fences, and neighbouring properties
- Daily walk-around, greasing, and basic machine care
- Follow site instructions, grade stakes, and GreenGrow safety procedures
- Drive company vehicles between the shop and job sites as required

MUST HAVE
- Proven experience operating a skid steer (Bobcat / CAT / equivalent)
- Residential backfill experience — this is not a training seat
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract (current, typically 3-year) — required to start
- Able to work outdoors year-round in Alberta conditions
- Reliable, on time,



and able to take direction on a live residential site
- Fit for the work: climbing on/off equipment, shovelling, and labour as needed

DEFINITE ASSET
- Rough grade experience to elevation / laser / GPS
- Fine grade, topsoil, or landscape finish work
- Other equipment: excavator, mini-ex, dump truck, or trailer towing
- Underground utility awareness and locates experience
- First Aid / CSTS / ground disturbance tickets
