We are seeking a motivated and versatile Skilled General Labourer to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks that ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, and concrete finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
- Conduct general maintenance and restoration work to ensure project quality standards are met

Qualifications





- Prior construction experience or related hands-on work preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation is desirable
- Knowledge of construction trades such as carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, welding, or electrical work is a plus
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards
