Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Subcontractors.

Contractors by piece are welcome.

This role offers the chance to work on diverse residential and commercial construction projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications
- Fastening and nailing: affixing panels correctly—such as nailing from the middle outwards or leaving proper expansion gaps—to prevent warping or bubbling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
- Skilled in residential and/or commercial carpentry techniques
- Robust attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English language skills (bilingual is an asset)

Work Location In person – Ottawa, Perth, and Smiths Falls, Ontario
