$24.90–$27.90/hour + fuel reimbursement

SnowGuard is hiring route drivers for the 2026–27 winter season (November–March). You'll use your own vehicle to complete an assigned residential snow-clearing route (~2-0 stops per snowfall) using company-provided snow blowers, shovels, and salt.

What you'll do:

- Respond to dispatch when snow hits — including early mornings and overnights
- Drive your assigned route and clear driveways, walkways, and steps
- Confirm completed stops through our tracking process
- Apply salt at customer-requested locations

What you need:

- Valid G2 or G licence and a reliable vehicle (fuel reimbursed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in winter conditions
- Reliable phone for dispatch calls
- Available on-call throughout the season, including weekends and holidays

Why this role: Higher pay tier, route ownership, fuel reimbursed, all equipment provided. Strong performers are first in line for next season. Pay: $24.90-$27.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
