We are seeking 4 dedicated and skilled Solar Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in electrical systems, as well as familiarity with various tools and light equipment. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar energy systems, ensuring that all components are set up correctly and safely.

This position requires both technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

- Install solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to secure solar modules and mounting systems.




- Perform rigging tasks to safely lift and position solar components.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction or electrical fields.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to solar installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

- Must of Class 5 drivers license

Successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and drivers abstract as a condition of employment. Job Type: Full-time
