Actively monitor and price spot market opportunities across load boards, customer portals, and internal requests Work closely with sales and operations to convert spot quotes into booked freight Identify margin opportunities and flag high‑risk or low‑probability of success before execution Maintain market intelligence on lane volatility, seasonal shifts, and capacity constraints Provide feedback to the broader pricing and commercial teams on spot market trends and opportunities Analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, confident decisions using data platforms Solid understanding of transportation markets, carrier capacity, and cost drivers Full time position with salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on skills and experience Growth opportunities opportunity within an industry leading logistics company Group Benefits offered - health, dental,
