Role: Senior Business Analyst Location: Toronto We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. You should be comfortable owning tasks, reaching out to stakeholders independently, and supporting both clients and internal teams through to delivery — ideally with a background navigating the pace and variety of agency work. Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a proactive team player.

Strong communicator with the ability to lead discussions with both technical teams and client stakeholders. Able to manage multiple concurrent projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Familiar with working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Document explicit and detailed requirements that support UX, UI, and development teams. Translate business objectives into user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Create models, diagrams, and specifications for technical teams as needed. 5–10 years in digital delivery or solutioning, with meaningful time spent in an agency setting. ~ Proven experience writing detailed requirements in Jira and working closely with UX/UI and dev teams.



~ Experience balancing Agile and Waterfall approaches depending on project and client needs. ~ Exposure to portfolio-level or multi-project coordination.
