Role Description The Sr.

Graphic

Designer is a full-time role responsible for leading the visual design of Pathpal’s brand across digital and print touchpoints. This in-office role is based in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and product interfaces; developing and refining brand identity elements such as logos, color palettes, and typography; and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate complex emotional concepts into clear, empathetic visual narratives. The role also involves preparing design assets for various channels, managing design files and guidelines, and providing art direction or feedback to other designers or external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, human-centered visual work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining cohesive brand systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography and its role in accessible, emotionally resonant communication.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Experience designing for digital channels such as web, mobile, email, and social media.
- Ability to translate complex emotional and mental health concepts into clear, compassionate visuals.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to receive and give constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations is an asset.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
