Essential Functions
Support Account Executive and Existing Territory
- Act as a strategic support partner to the sales team across the end-to-end sales lifecycle
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation, pricing, and approvals
- Coordinate with Account Managers, SA’s, Operations, Finance and Legal, to support deal closure and execution
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and visibility
- Support with renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and customer onboarding activities
Quote and Order Processing
- Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team and infrastructure solution Architect to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with the Manufacturers & Distributors to secure and obtain pricing.
Understanding of IT Solutions and Partner Programs
- Stay abreast of current IT solutions and vendor partner programs.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on product offerings and compatibility.
Building Client, Manufacturer and Distribution Relationships
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with client objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our Vendors and Distributors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with various departments, including operations, logistics, and technical support team.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination to enhance overall customer experience.
Team Player
- Actively contribute to the success of the sales team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Attention to Detail and Multitasking
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in quote preparation and order processing.

Specific Skill Requirements
- Excellent customer service experience
- 5-10 years’ experience within the IT community working with both vendors and distributors.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

Education
