Sr. Project Manager:

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager for a five-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Calgary office.

Sr. Project Manager - :

The Sr. Project Manager will oversee key projects within the Guest Experience & Marketing department, focusing on delivering outcomes aligned with department KPIs and annual objectives. The role involves managing a variety of projects, including platform upgrades and process automation, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Sr. Project Manager - Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved
- Monitor progress against the plan and proactively address delays or blockers
- Act as the central coordination point across teams and business units
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks,



and outcomes

Sr. Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:

- 5-8+ years of project management experience in complex environments
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Experience with risk management, dependency management, and governance
- Excellent communication skills across executive and operational audiences
- Leadership and influence without authority
- Strategic thinking with robust execution focus

Sr. Project Manager - Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Change management
- Strong skills in MS Planner or similar
- Vendor / partner management experience

Sr. Project Manager - Assignment Length:

This is a five-month contract position.
