Job Summary

DaiLo is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Staff member to support daily restaurant operations. This role involves assisting guests, supporting front-of-house and service activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist customers with general questions and service needs
- Support daily restaurant operations and service activities
- Help prepare and organize dining and service areas
- Assist with food and beverage service when required
- Handle customer requests promptly and courteously
- Keep tables, counters, service areas, and workspaces clean and organized
- Restock supplies, utensils, napkins, and other items as needed
- Assist teammates during busy service periods
- Support opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
- Follow proper food-handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout each shift
- Follow workplace safety and restaurant service standards
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house team members

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, food-service,



or customer-service experience is an asset
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

About DaiLo DaiLo is a restaurant focused on creating an engaging dining experience through quality food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Team members work together to maintain smooth daily operations and provide guests with friendly and skilled service throughout their visit.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
