Position Overview

Pazzo Pazzo Trattoria is looking for a friendly and dependable Restaurant Staff member to become part of the day-to-day service team. This position is suited to someone who enjoys a welcoming restaurant atmosphere, takes pride in helping guests, and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks to keep service flowing naturally.

The Role

- Greet guests warmly and help create a positive dining experience
- Assist with menus, seating, orders, and general customer requests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately when assigned
- Provide helpful information about dishes and available selections
- Deliver meals and beverages with care and attention to timing
- Communicate allergies, preferences, and special requests to the kitchen team
- Help keep tables clean, presentable, and ready for the next guests
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables throughout service
- Maintain tidy and well-stocked service stations
- Work alongside kitchen and front-of-house teammates to keep orders moving
- Assist with customer payments and POS duties when required
- Help with restocking, setup, cleanup, opening, and closing tasks
- Follow restaurant standards for hygiene, food safety, and guest service

What You'll Bring
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset

About Pazzo Pazzo Trattoria Pazzo Pazzo Trattoria offers a welcoming Italian dining experience where good food and genuine hospitality come together. The team works collaboratively to create a comfortable atmosphere for guests while keeping everyday restaurant service organized, attentive, and enjoyable.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
