Rge Rd is looking for a dependable and personable Restaurant Staff member to help create a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to the small details of service, and is comfortable supporting different parts of the restaurant throughout the day.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive assistance
- Help customers with menus, orders, and general service questions
- Support food and beverage service as assigned
- Deliver dishes and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate team
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean, polished dining area
- Keep service stations organized and stocked throughout the shift
- Replenish glassware, cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other service items
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teammates during busy periods
- Assist with POS transactions and payments when required
- Respond to guest requests and basic concerns in a professional manner
- Help with setup, restocking, opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace procedures

Duties

- Assist customers with product selections by providing detailed product demos and technical explanations
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure attractive product displays that enhance sales potential
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems,



including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Maintain organized store layouts and stock levels to optimize shopping experience and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, clear communication, and friendly phone etiquette
- Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and prompt service delivery

Skills

- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong background in technology sales, including product demos and technical explanations
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and upselling techniques
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable
- Robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
