Position Overview

Restaurant Mastard is seeking an energetic and dependable Restaurant Staff member to help deliver attentive service and keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly. This is a versatile position for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment, responds well to a busy service pace, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests with a friendly and qualified approach
- Assist customers with menus, orders, and general questions
- Support food and beverage service throughout the dining experience
- Deliver dishes and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Communicate guest preferences, dietary needs, and special requests to the team
- Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests
- Keep dining areas and service stations neat and well prepared
- Restock cutlery, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other service items
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teammates during busy periods
- Assist with customer payments and POS duties when assigned
- Respond to guest requests and basic concerns with courtesy
- Help with setup, restocking, opening, closing, and cleaning tasks
- Maintain restaurant standards for hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset
- Friendly, professional,



and approachable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment
- Good attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and presentation
- Able to adapt to different tasks throughout a shift
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative

About Restaurant Mastard Restaurant Mastard offers a thoughtful dining environment where quality, hospitality, and teamwork are central to the guest experience. Restaurant Staff members help bring the service together by supporting guests, assisting teammates, and keeping the dining room and service areas organized throughout each shift.

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
