In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across our global organization. This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, enjoys building strong talent pipelines, and takes a strategic approach to attracting exceptional talent across multiple regions. Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across Merrithew and its affiliated companies to support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and job postings that attract high-quality candidates.
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, professional networks,
referrals, and other sourcing channels to build diverse talent pipelines. Develop and maintain an engaging employer brand through professional networking and social media recruitment initiatives. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate engagement strategies. Support recruitment initiatives across Merrithew's growing portfolio of companies, adapting recruitment approaches to meet the unique needs of each business.
Bachelor's degree required.
Human
Resources related designation is an asset. Must have a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience leading end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions, including Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions and supporting recruitment across various business units or locations. Strong expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
experience with ADP Recruitment is considered an asset.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
