including the adoption of recent tools and technology aligned with the global talent acquisition strategy Administer and interpret psychometric tests and provide insights to the hiring managers Coordinate recruitment and selection activity for all applicable overseas hires or internal transfers and secondments Proven 3 years of working experience within a Talent Acquisition Function, specifically on AZ Driver recruiting Previous recruitment experience in the transportation industry required In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, KPI, SLA’s Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google Suite and Visio or Lucid Charts Degree in Business Management or Training in team leading is a plus CHRL or equivalent is an asset Experience in ATS usage and calibration WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL; ~ Must be eligible to travel to the US
