Responsibilities

- Restock shelves efficiently by receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and organizing products according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms, sales floors, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with merchandising efforts by setting up displays that attract customer attention and highlight promotional items
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely when required for heavy lifting or moving large inventory items
- Support cashiering activities by preparing merchandise for checkout and assisting customers with questions about stock availability




- Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service by providing product knowledge and assistance when needed

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or stockroom operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members
- Familiarity with forklift operation or certification is a plus, demonstrating your ability to handle heavy inventory safely
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and assisting customers in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift
