Stewart Farms is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to support our recreational cannabis business in Calgary and surrounding area.

This is a field-based role focused on building retailer relationships, increasing distribution and product awareness, and making sure Stewart Farms is well represented at store level.

You’ll spend most of your time in market visiting retailers, educating staff, supporting launches and activations, dropping off trade materials, and identifying opportunities to grow the business with independent stores.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Build and maintain a consistent call cycle across assigned cannabis retailers in Calgary and surrounding area.

· Develop relationships with store owners, managers, buyers and budtenders.

· Educate retail teams on Stewart Farms products, launches, key selling points and brand positioning.

· Identify and pursue recent listings, restock opportunities and additional distribution with independent retailers.

· Deliver approved trade materials, product information and sampling materials where permitted.

· Host product knowledge sessions, pop-ups and other in-store activations.

· Support product launches and priority sales initiatives.

· Ensure trade assets and merchandising are properly executed in stores.

· Gather retailer feedback, competitive intelligence, pricing information and market insights.

· Track store visits, opportunities and follow-ups, and attend local industry events as needed.

What We’re Looking For





· Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills.

· Comfortable walking into stores, introducing yourself and starting sales conversations.

· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.

· Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.

· Wellness-oriented and genuinely interested in cannabis, recovery, wellness and consumer brands.

· Previous cannabis, CPG, retail sales, territory sales or brand ambassador experience is preferred.

· Existing relationships within the local cannabis retail community are an asset.

· Reliable transportation required.

· Must meet all provincial age and regulatory requirements for working with cannabis.

· CannSell or equivalent provincial certification may be required depending on the market.

· Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and activations.

Role Details

Location: Calgary and surrounding area – field based

Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week, averaging around 20 hours

Compensation: $20–$25/hour

Expenses: Approved business mileage and other pre-approved field expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy

Success will be measured through consistent retail coverage, strong retailer relationships, new distribution opportunities, product education, store-level execution and quality market feedback.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
