BigBargain Binz is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and help build an exceptional shopping experience from day one. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, supports the team, and understands how to operate a successful retail store.

Position

Store Manager – Full-Time

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper store coverage.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Supervise POS operations, cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliation.
- Oversee inventory receiving, unloading, sorting, merchandising, and restocking.
- Ensure bins, shelves, displays, checkout areas, and stockrooms are clean and organized.
- Monitor store sales, expenses, productivity, and operational performance.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure employees complete their responsibilities.
- Enforce company policies, attendance standards, safety procedures, and loss-prevention requirements.
- Monitor employee performance and address performance or conduct concerns.
- Help prevent theft, damage, cash shortages, and inventory loss.
- Submit reports and communicate regularly with company management.
- Lead by example with honesty, accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage employees and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership.
- Comfortable using POS systems, email, scheduling tools, and basic business software.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends,



and holidays as required.
- Experience in discount retail, liquidation, warehouse, grocery, or high-volume retail is an asset.
