What you will do

- Sell. Properly. You lead by example on the shop floor and take real ownership of sales targets.
- Run the store day to day, scheduling, coaching, keeping the team sharp and motivated.
- Set the tone for customer service that feels personal.
- Own the numbers: sales performance, reporting and the store's overall health.
- Keep the shop looking the way Lamarel should, visual merchandising with an eye for detail.
- Manage stock, ordering, and inventory without letting it become a headache.
- Recruit and develop new team members who fit the brand.
- Plan and run in-store events.
- Stay closely connected with the head office team.

Who we are looking for

- Someone who loves the brand and genuinely enjoys working with people, this comes first.:-)
- Retail experience, ideally with some time spent leading a team.




- A sharp eye for style and an instinct for what customers actually want.
- A hands-on, get-it-done attitude paired with real organizational skill.
- Someone who is independent, proactive and takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- An appreciation for basics that are made to last, you will recognise it in what we sell.
- Robust German & English.
