Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties

- Lead and supervise the store team, providing coaching, training, and development to optimize performance
- Oversee merchandising strategies to ensure attractive displays that promote products and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage purchasing, inventory control, and stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, pricing adjustments, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal clients through promotional activities
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently
- Conduct interviews and recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with company values and goals
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets




- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining phone etiquette
- Enforce store policies regarding cash handling, safety procedures, and store cleanliness
- Organize staff schedules using time management skills to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or store management environments
- Strong background in merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development of staff, with leadership skills that motivate teams
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate confidently with vendors and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, marketing tactics, and retail software tools
- Solid organizational skills combined with effective time management for multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory control practices, and retail math calculations
