ABOUT THIS POSITION The Warehouse Clerk / Storekeeper is part of the Supply Chain team. He/She is responsible for receiving, distributing materials to internal customers, storage, material handling, and shipping activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receive and unload trucks arriving at the site; identify and inspect materials.

- Store materials in an organized and efficient manner and validate inventory accuracy in SAP.

- Record incoming and outgoing inventory transactions using SAP.

- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Process material returns and perform all related tasks.

- Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and requestors.

- Comply with, understand, and promote company policies and regulations, particularly those related to health and safety.

- Perform all other duties related to the position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Relevant education related to the position; a college diploma (DEC) is preferred.

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics.

- Knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.





- Experience with shipping and transportation management.

- Forklift operating experience (an asset).

- Wheel loader operating experience (an asset).

- Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Schedule: 14 consecutive days on site followed by 14 consecutive days off.

- Éléonore Mine Site (round-trip flights provided from Montréal, Chibougamau, Matagami, Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d’Or, and Wemindji).
