Join Davie as the Strategic Planning Director, leading shipbuilding and repair programs. Shape governance and performance to ensure efficient project delivery and meet contractual commitments. In this senior role, you will oversee all planning activities within the organization, collaborating closely with Project Management, Operations, and Engineering.

You'll define enterprise planning strategies, ensure compliance and consistency, and provide executive oversight of integrated planning activities across multiple projects. Your focus on risk management and KPIs will ensure that planning quality supports strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement enterprise planning standards and methodologies
- Lead integrated program planning,



including milestones and constraints
- Monitor planning performance and identify risks proactively
- Ensure alignment with cost and project control reporting
- Develop capabilities within the planning organization Requirements:
- 10-15 years in planning and project controls
- 5 years in a supervisory capacity
- Solid proficiency in Earned Value Measurement
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Primavera P6 Lead impactful planning initiatives at Davie's shipyard and drive project success to completion.
