The Strategic Pursuit

Centre (SPC) at BDO is looking for a Manager with a passion for leadership and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee complex pursuits while coaching a talented team of 2-4 professionals to success. You will champion collaborative strategies, enhance service delivery, and improve pursuit effectiveness through innovative practices and detailed proposals. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end pursuit processes for high-value opportunities
- Analyze RFx and develop compelling pursuit strategies
- Coach and mentor team members to foster growth
- Identify improvements in processes and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional proposals

Requirements:

- 7+ years in managing proposals or pursuits
- University degree in a related field
- APMP or PMP certification preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience leading teams in skilled services
