Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying stucco finishes to building exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that enhances the durability and aesthetic appeal of various structures. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of stucco materials
- Mix and apply stucco, plaster, or other related materials according to project specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements
- Use hand tools and power equipment such as trowels, hawks, mixers, and scaffolding to complete applications efficiently
- Perform carpentry tasks related to framing or repairs as needed during project phases
- Conduct drywall installation and finishing to create smooth surfaces for stucco application
- Apply caulking around windows, doors,



and joints for weatherproofing and sealing purposes
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in stucco application, drywall finishing, or related construction trades
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in construction painting, carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, and general handyman tasks
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and work at heights as required
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors
