Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of monitoring staff working around the clock to ensure continuous surveillance coverage.
- Respond promptly to alarms or security breaches, initiating appropriate escalation procedures and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, surveillance activities, and shift reports to ensure accurate documentation of all events.
- Train new team members on surveillance protocols, security procedures, and emergency response techniques.
- Conduct regular audits of surveillance equipment and security processes to identify areas for improvement.




- Lead incident investigations by analyzing surveillance footage and collaborating with relevant departments or authorities.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of law enforcement practices and procedures related to security monitoring.
- Proven experience in surveillance systems operation, including video monitoring management and alarm systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a 24/7 shift team effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick, informed decisions during emergencies or security incidents.
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, reports, and logs of all monitored activities.
- Familiarity with security protocols, incident response procedures, and compliance standards relevant to 24/7 monitoring environments.
