What You'll Be Doing

As a Surveyor at LN, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and reliable survey data to support our clients and construction teams.

Responsibilities include

•Construction layout and staking, including pile layouts, pile cut-offs, anchor bolt layout, concrete survey support, underground utility layout, module shimming and levelling, grading, structural layout, and other construction support activities.

•Topographic surveys

•Legal and boundary surveys

•As-built surveys

•Survey control establishment and verification

•Survey calculations and quality control

•Data collection and management

•Working closely with project managers, engineers, technologists,



and construction crews to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently

•Maintaining field documentation and promoting a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For

•Experience in construction and legal surveying

•Proficiency with Trimble GNSS equipment, Trimble total stations, and Trimble data collectors

•Experience with Trimble Access software

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•Strong communication and problem-solving skills

•Positive attitude and strong work ethic

•Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
