Systems Analyst – Senior | Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

Location: Toronto, ON – 5 days onsite

Contract: September 8, 2026 – September 3, 2027

- Seeking a Senior Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of IT systems analysis experience and strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
- Provide senior-level expertise in the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, integration, and production support of enterprise business applications.
- Demonstrate hands-on involvement in D365 F&O; implementations, including system configuration, functional design, testing, integration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain key technical and functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), system specifications, configuration documentation, and implementation artifacts.
- Work extensively with the Data Management Framework (DMF) and D365 data migration/import/export processes, as well as enterprise system integrations and interfaces.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system-level designs, configurations, technical specifications, and implementation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse, to support business solutions, workflows, integrations, and process improvements.
- Lead or participate in solution workshops, requirements gathering, technical discussions, design reviews,



testing, integration, and implementation activities, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Support complex, business-critical enterprise applications throughout the SDLC, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Apply strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, relational databases, system integration concepts, middleware, gateways, and application environments.
- Develop and execute testing, integration, and implementation strategies, coordinating activities across technical and business teams in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, process improvement, and performance enhancement, while ensuring solutions align with business and technical objectives.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or eCommerce-integrated platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience working in public-sector environments is preferred; solid communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
