About The Role The Systems Architect role at Growth Tech Services is a vital position responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex information systems and software solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams of IT professionals, oversee project execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and effective systems.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

The Systems

Architect will also liaise with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and system optimization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between two to three years of relevant experience in systems architecture or related fields. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with clients. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of software development, system integration, and process control software.

Experience with testing equipment, security protocols, and quality control procedures is also required. Personal attributes such as accuracy, client focus, and organizational skills are highly valued, along with the ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.





Responsibilities As a Systems Architect, your core responsibilities will include leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in developing software and integrated information systems, including process control software and embedded systems. You will operate automatic testing equipment to ensure product quality and conduct comprehensive testing to verify system security and performance.

Additionally, you will consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Conducting tests, documenting results, and executing security and quality controls are integral parts of your role. You will also be responsible for executing and documenting the results of software application tests and telecommunications systems tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
