About The Role The Systems Architect position at Growth Tech Services is a vital role responsible for leading the design and development of complex software and integrated information systems. This role involves overseeing teams of information systems professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

The Systems

Architect will play a key role in shaping the technological architecture of our projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of our systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, system integration, and team leadership, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, along with 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in systems architecture or related fields. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with clients.

Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of software development processes, system integration, and testing methodologies. Additional qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Candidates with a proven track record of client focus and organizational skills will be preferred.

Responsibilities The Systems Architect will be responsible for a range of tasks including leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and embedded control systems. This includes designing system architecture, overseeing the development process, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The role involves operating automated testing equipment to verify product quality, conducting security and quality control tests, and documenting test results comprehensively. Additionally, the Systems Architect will consult with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. Conducting thorough testing of software applications and telecommunication systems to ensure optimal performance and security is also a key responsibility.
