You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the tailings management framework, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate leadership in safety compliance and standards
- Develop frameworks for tailings management including OMS manuals
- Plan and oversee project execution for dam construction
- Coordinate monitoring and documentation of construction activities
- Supervise the tailings management team in daily operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
- 7-10 years of senior engineering experience
- Familiarity with dam safety principles and construction
