About the Project You will be part of our Hazel McCallion project LRT, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects. We are hiring a Talent Coordinator to step into a recent role on our People and Culture team on the Hazel McCallion LRT project. Support the Manager – Talent Acquisition with organizing and scheduling interviews Lead the function of keeping the company website updated with live postings Generate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment process Coordinate with the broader Human Resources team with onboarding Coordinate with HR and community benefits teams for any career fairs or outreach Bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in human resources or a related field. ~Experience in a construction environment is an asset ~ Strong experience in using Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
~ Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $65,000.00 CAD - $70,000.00 CAD The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
