Responsibilities

- Safely operate a taxi vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide courteous, professional service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Manage pick-up and drop-off schedules efficiently to maximize service availability
- Handle cash transactions accurately, providing correct change and issuing receipts as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal condition
- Use navigation tools to determine the fastest routes and avoid delays
- Communicate effectively with dispatch or control centers for updates or special requests





Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and appropriate licensing for commercial driving
- Proven experience in driving, preferably in a passenger transportation setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to meet schedules reliably
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of local streets, routes, and traffic regulations
- Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and assist passengers if necessary
