Required:
- 4 th year or higher IBH or BCom students
- Available to work both Fall & Winter terms
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to correspond professionally with students and instructors.
- Able to clarify expectations, deliver instructions clearly, and respond empathetically to student concerns.
- Able to provide effective and clear student feedback, offering positive reinforcement and suggestions for improvement in alignment with rubric guidance.
- Administrative & Organizational Skills
- Organized and punctual in managing attendance, grading, and reporting responsibilities.
- Manages and tracks alternative assignment offerings and replacement work for students with accommodations.
- Maintains accurate records of participation, submissions, and student engagement.
- Proactively communicates scheduling or student issues to the instructional team.
- Monitors and catalogues trends and common student challenges with assignment work; communicates findings regularly.
- Experience with education technology is an asset
- A2L, Top Hat, OSCARplus, Microsoft Office, etc.
