What You’ll Be Doing: As a Technical Architect, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of complex IT infrastructure projects, including solution implementations, upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption initiatives, and modernization efforts. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Complete projects successfully within agreed scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Design and architect infrastructure solutions that align with customer business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, and related cloud services.
- Design and maintain networking environments including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, routing, security appliances, and server infrastructure.
- Configure and support Fortinet technologies.
- Design, implement, and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V environments.
- Support hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions across on-premises and Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues.
- Act as a senior escalation resource for service tickets, including Priority One incidents.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation to team members.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer is completed following project delivery.
- Accurately track project time, update work notes, and maintain ticket documentation daily.
- Achieve weekly billable utilization targets established by the company.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing career development and technical certifications to stay current with emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint Online
- Experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience administering server infrastructure and virtualization platforms.
- Experience with Hyper-V and VMware high-availability environments.
- Experience supporting: Firewalls, Network switches, Wireless access points, SAN storage, Server hardware, UPS systems, Server room infrastructure
- Experience with Cisco and Fortinet solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, VLANs, wireless networking, security, and VPN connectivity.
Additional Requirements
- Open and flexible schedule with willingness to support occasional after-hours work, maintenance windows, and emergency escalations.
- Participate in an on-call escalation rotation and support after-hours maintenance activities when required.
- A valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagements, project implementations, and site visits.

Physical Requirements (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Ability to lift heavy IT equipment, including but not limited to desktops, printers, workstations, and UPS, etc., up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Comfortable working in server rooms, network closets, and customer environments.
- Ability to install, rack, and cable infrastructure equipment including servers, firewalls, switches, UPS systems, and wireless networking equipment.
- Ability to safely work around server, storage, networking, and telecommunications equipment.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined technical spaces as required.
