Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end technical solutions including architecture, integrations, data models, and deployment strategies
- Produce the design documentation and architectural artifacts necessary for the realization
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and constraints prior to development
- Evolve the AWS architecture with security, performance, and resiliency requirements in mind
- Perform proofs of concept (POC) to validate technological orientations
- Accompany developers with design reviews, coaching and technical support
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product teams to ensure solution consistency
- Participate in deployment strategies, releases, and resolution of complex incidents
- Contribute to continuous improvement, technical debt reduction, and platform modernization

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Demonstrate more than six (6) years of experience in software development or application architecture
- Assume a solution design or technical leadership role for a minimum of two (2) years
- Proficiency in advanced application architectures, including microservices, REST APIs, and systems integration




- Develop Java applications with Spring Boot and advanced back-end technologies
- Be able to produce and maintain quality technical documentation, including ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), C4 diagrams or equivalent, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AWS services, including Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch
- Be able to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines according to DevOps best practices
- Use Git source code management tools and GitFlow policies effectively
- Knowledge of application security principles, including OAuth2, secrets management, and OWASP practices (Asset)
- Experience with observability using Datadog, CloudWatch, or equivalent tools (Asset)
- Demonstrate experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches, including Terraform, CDK or equivalent tools (Asset)
- Use artificial intelligence tools to support software development and automation (Asset)

This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure qualified communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
