Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, helping teams deliver secure, maintainable, and high-quality solutions across the application stack.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, Angular, and API development, along with the ability to guide technical decisions, mentor developers,



and collaborate effectively with product, architecture, quality, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain well-designed RESTful APIs and other service interfaces.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Establish and promote engineering practices for code quality, testing, security, performance, and reliability.
- Provide technical direction during solution design, code reviews, implementation, and production support.
- Mentor software engineers through knowledge sharing, design guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, QA engineers, and operations teams.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Contribute to automated testing, continuous integration, deployment practices, and operational readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.
- Document technical decisions, interfaces, implementation standards, and support procedures.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
