Place top SAP professionals across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and more into permanent and contract roles. Work directly with enterprise clients, building long-term partnerships based on deep market knowledge and delivery excellence Attend daily focus meetings to maintain momentum, keep goals clear, and contribute to a high-performance team environment Build your own candidate pipeline over time, increasing your commission rate and long-term desk value Report directly into the co-founding leadership team, with hands-on coaching and mentorship from day one A natural communicator sharp on the phone, polished in writing, and confident presenting candidates to senior stakeholders ~ Thrives in a fast-paced,
