Role Overview

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global delivery initiative focused on vendor management, candidate review and onboarding. This is a process and administration-focused role requiring strong accuracy, organization and previous IT recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume candidate and vendor onboarding activities from initial review through completion.
- Review resumes and assess candidate skills against job requirements.
- Maintain accurate demand, candidate and onboarding data.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure completion within required timelines.
- Manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.




- Support ongoing administrative and operational activities related to the global delivery program.

Must-Have Requirements
- 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience, including resume review and candidate onboarding.
- 2–4 years of solid administrative experience.
- Ability to effectively assess resumes against technical job requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and assertive communication style when working with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize effectively during high-volume periods.
- Post-secondary education.

Additional Details
- Approximately 2 hours of meetings per day.
- Interaction with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Initial training period of approximately 3 weeks.
- No travel or overtime required.
- Potential for extension and/or conversion based on performance and business needs.
