Finance and Operations Director — Co-Development Canada
Start Date: Preferred start date is April 6, 2026, but the successful candidate may be accommodated with a modified start date.
Duration: Temporary Position –until May 31st, 2026 with possible extension.
Location: This is an onsite, in-office position.
Type: Part time, 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week, 4 days a week). This is a unionized position.
Wage & Benefits: Starting wage is $38.58 hourly, plus generous vacation and benefits package.

About the Role
The Finance and Operations Director has overall responsibility for financial management and bookkeeping, including funding reports, budgets, money management, and financial systems for both CoDevelopment Canada and Café Etico. The Financial Director works as a member of a closely-knit staff team.
The Financial Director reports to the Executive Director and to the Finance Committee of the CoDev Board of Directors.
