About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Eastern Canada to play a pivotal role in the growth and support of its advisor community. This senior leadership position is focused on driving net organic asset growth, recruiting and transitioning current advisors, and enhancing advisor retention and engagement.
The successful candidate will be a key partner to advisors, serving as the primary field leadership representative and ensuring that regional needs are effectively communicated and addressed. Responsibilities include leading the regional growth strategy, conducting business reviews, coaching on various aspects of practice management, and promoting the adoption of corporate growth programs.

The role also involves representing the voice of advisors internally and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective advisors.





Applicants for the Regional Vice President role should have a university degree in a related discipline, with significant experience in the Canadian wealth management industry, particularly in an advisor-led, independent wealth management or financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative leadership style. They must be highly relationship-oriented, entrepreneurial, and possess the ability to influence effectively in a decentralized, relationship-driven environment.

The role requires a candidate who is adept at building trusted relationships with high-performing financial advisors and practice leaders, and who can represent the organization with credibility and presence at various market-facing activities.
