We're looking for a Telecommunications Associate who enjoys building relationships and growing a career in sales. The Telecommunications

Associate will engage with customers in person, learn about their specific needs, whether it’s better Wi-Fi, a simpler TV package, or a home phone, and provide straightforward, easy-to-understand solutions that work for them. This role is a great fit for anyone who wants to start a career as a Telecommunications Associate and grow within a supportive sales team.

Role Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Associate

- Connect with customers in person to discuss how high-speed internet, digital TV, and traditional home phone can enhance their home experience.
- Identify customer needs in person by asking about their internet usage, TV viewing habits, and phone requirements, tailoring solutions to their lifestyle.




- Explain the advantages of high-speed internet in person, such as faster downloads, smoother streaming, and reliable connectivity for all their devices.
- Present TV options, highlighting HD quality, access to premium channels, and user-friendly features that simplify their entertainment.
- Emphasize the importance of the traditional landline home phone for clear, uninterrupted calls, especially during emergencies or power outages.
- Assist customers in choosing a telecom package that bundles high-speed internet, digital TV, and home phone for maximum savings and convenience.

Qualities of the Telecommunications Associate

- High School diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging diverse customers.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, and professional development.
- Friendly and committed to creating positive customer and sales experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and sales abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
