Role Description The Third Key – Hourly role is a full-time, on-site position based in Montreal, QC. This role supports store leadership by opening and closing the store as assigned, assisting with cash handling procedures, and maintaining store security protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing attentive customer service, guiding customers through product features, processing sales transactions, and supporting merchandising activities such as stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Key also helps monitor inventory levels, participates in visual presentation changes, and contributes to meeting sales targets through active engagement with customers.



This position works closely with the store management team to ensure smooth store operations and a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Basic cash handling skills and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems and daily reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to handle key-holder responsibilities, including store opening, closing, and adherence to security procedures.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store standards.
- Reliability in following schedules, standing for extended periods, and handling moderate physical tasks such as lifting and moving product.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior key-holder or supervisory experience in retail is an asset.
