We are seeking a dedicated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with tools, and a strong commitment to quality service.

Duties
- Remove and replace tires using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and balance
- Inspect tires for damage, uneven wear, or punctures; recommend repairs or replacements as needed
- Perform wheel alignments and rotations to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks related to tire care and overall mechanical health
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires of various sizes and weights
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services,
answering questions, and offering maintenance advice
Experience
- Prior dealership experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with automotive service standards
- Mechanic experience with hands-on mechanical work in automotive repair shops or dealerships
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire systems, suspension, and vehicle maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tire irons; experience with power tools is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or removal
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques related to recommending tire products or maintenance packages
