What You Will Do
- Monitor Shipments: Track freight movement using GPS and transportation management software.
- Driver Communication: Maintain regular contact with drivers for location and status updates.
- Problem Solve: Identify transit delays and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate, real-time shipment updates to clients and internal teams.
- Data Entry: Log arrival, departure, and check-call times accurately in our system.
What We Need
- Availability: Must be able to work fixed evening shifts and weekends.
- Reliability: Someone who takes ownership of their shift and works well independently.
- Experience: 1+ years in logistics, dispatch, or customer service preferred (we will train the right candidate).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with dispatch software (TMS) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills
