About the Opportunity An established IP practice is seeking a Trademark Agent to manage a growing portfolio of trademark prosecution and portfolio management work for Canadian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before CIPO and internationally
- Advise clients on trademark clearance, portfolio strategy, and enforcement
- Respond to office actions and manage oppositions
- Liaise with foreign associates on international filings
- Support senior lawyers on IP litigation and licensing matters as needed

Qualifications

- Registered Canadian Trademark Agent (or actively pursuing registration)
- 3+ years of trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience
- Strong writing and client communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with solid docketing/deadline management habits
- Experience with Madrid Protocol filings an asset
