Apply now for a full time Assistant Professor position in Transnational and/or South Asian Feminisms at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Join a vibrant department promoting diversity and innovative research. Candidates will engage in teaching within the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies Program, with a focus on diaspora studies.
The position requires a PhD in Women and Gender Studies or related disciplines, and highlights the importance of interdisciplinary methods in feminist scholarship. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courses from introductory to advanced undergraduate levels
- Pursue innovative, externally funded research
- Facilitate community-engaged research initiatives
- Participate actively in the Women's and Gender Studies Institute
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in research Requirements:
- Completion of a PhD in relevant fields
- Proven scholarly research with publications
