Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in TPEB (Transpacific Eastbound).
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of Outside Sales experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Transpacific trade lane.
- Proven track record of having a book of business.
What Company Offers:
- Base salary $70K-$120K/year (depending on experience) + 20% commission.
- Remote position, candidates need to be in Vancouver
