Role Description
This is a full time, work-from-home Travel Agent job position. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, arranging car rentals, organizing travel itineraries, and driving sales. The role involves interacting with clients to create personalized travel plans, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 Years of travel agent experience is a must.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) with strong technical aptitude
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple bookings simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
