We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Sales Manager to lead our travel agency operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of retail management, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of operations, including sales, merchandising and customer service.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Oversee merchandising displays and pricing strategies to optimize product presentation.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; conduct performance evaluations and staff development initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with staff through phone etiquette, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Implement marketing campaigns to attract recent customers and retain existing clientele.




- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Proven experience, 5yrs in travel management with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Competence in negotiation, marketing, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, team management, and sales management.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to analyze sales data using math skills for strategic decision-making.
- Time management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently while fostering a positive work environment.
